This class is open to everyone, whether you’ve never been on a yoga mat or have a lot of experience. There is extra thought about the technical execution of the postures so that you learn the basics well or the posture will feel better in your body.

20:00 - 21:00 Yoga for Surfers

Vinyasa yoga class aimed at improving your flexibility and increasing your strength, balance and mental focus. This means more energy, shorter recovery time between your session and the most important ~ more stoke!

Vinyasaflow to start your weekend relaxing or to recharge to get through the day.

The classes take place in Yogastudio Every Day at The Sea at 297 Keizerstraat, diagonally opposite the Albert Heijn and next to the Gall & Gall.
